Can somebody explain this to me?

Why do some shops (like Carib) allow you to deposit via one method and withdraw using another? Then other places act like it's a crime to ask to do it.

you;ve heard of moving lines on air? well they make their rules on air too. call a book, tell them you heard a guy named john just charged back a 1000 dollar cash deposit that he made at a book 3 years ago and they'll hang up a freeze every guy named john they got. well that may be a stretch but they are scared to death of chargebacks..and not with out good reason i might add
